SEC’s Workforce Solutions (WFS) team provides specialized workforce services to employers and job seekers in the Cleveland metropolitan area. Through partnerships with businesses, faith-based organizations, educational institutions and other community organizations SEC is dedicated to strengthening the local economy as well as to developing a strong, quality labor force.

Business Services
WFS is positioned to be your Human Resource partner. SEC’s team will work closely with your business to find solutions that lead to success. We provide business specific recruitment and placement services, employee retention support and labor market information that will impact your bottom line. SEC can also tailor seminars to meet specific goals around employee professional development and retention. 

Job Seeker Services
WFS realizes that it’s not easy to find a quality job with benefits and advancement opportunities in today’s market. The WFS team assists job seekers in securing and retaining employment. Hence, they work hard to match the needs of employers with the skills and interests of the job seeker, often in partnership with other community organizations.

Faith-Based Economic Development
SEC recognizes the valuable role of faith-based organizations in the economic development. To that end WFS leads a faith-based workforce development program called Jobs Partnership of Cleveland (JPC).

JPC is designed to bring churches and businesses together to train, mentor, and employ Clevelanders.  JPC is a 10-week program led by pastors and human resource professionals. The program focuses on soft skill development and surrounds participants with skilled professionals who help them cope with the challenges that arise between work and family life.
