ShoreBank Enterprise Cleveland provides term debt to companies with high-growth potential, demonstrated management capability, established markets, and a defined plan for growing revenue. Lending levels range from $35,000 to $100,000. Investments are often staged through multiple transactions over time as a firm grows and benefits from close advisory support provided by SEC’s business development staff.

All companies considered for capital are required to produce a business plan, three years of financial history (or financial history since inception) and three-year projections.  The company must also be able to produce timely and accurate financial statements.

New Technical Assistance Program

SEC is pleased to introduce our new technical assistance program to small businesses. The program seeks to improve the financial management capabilities of participants. The program will engage small business owners in a comprehensive financial management coaching program aimed at improving the likelihood of long-term success. Participants will engage in seminars, one-on-one coaching, and continuous learning led by a member of the Enterprise Finance team and a qualified CPA. Qualified participants must agree to a rigorous training schedule and a micro-loan for the cost of the services. Interested companies should complete our online questionnaire.
