As an incubator and resource for small businesses and community service organizations, ShoreBank Enterprise Cleveland operates the Glenville Enterprise Center at 540 East 105^th Street. Today, more than forty companies, employing more than 250 people, do business at the center, a 150,000 square foot former industrial plant on Cleveland’s northeast side.

Our Glenville Enterprise Center provides reasonably priced office space, small workshops, artist/recording studios, and manufacturing space coupled with a set of common, no-cost business services.  These include a building receptionist, conference facilities, mail room, loading docks, monthly business seminars, and convenient access to SEC’s finance and workforce services. 

Not only is Glenville Enterprise Center a vibrant place for businesses but co-located at the Center are a various entrepreneurial training and networking entities.  In 2006 the Entrepreneurial Preparatory School or E-Prep enrolled its first class in a charter school organized around the principles of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs for Sustainability (E4S) operates its Connection and Learning Center, a place where businesses can learn how to implement sustainable business practices.
